This Plyo Rail is ideal for use in an existing circuit or as a stand-alone 11-foot long plyo-bench. Traditional plyo movements are intensified and enhanced by including lateral, forward, and backward movements to your step-ups, stepovers, and all plyo movements on a level or inclined - flat or round surface. These are real-world movements that improve athletic skills and your ability to negotiate everyday life with confidence. The Plyo Box / Rail features a round and flat side on each Rail, all activities on the round side will improve your balance and coordination. When you use popular fitness tools while elevated you will enjoy the benefits of increased Neuro-muscular demand and joint stabilizer activation.
