FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the 48 contiguous United States!

CALL US FOR A QUOTE if you want our products shipped to you in Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere in the world! Please provide ship to address and the product you wish to purchase, and we will get the best possible shipping price for you. If you prefer express shipping service on any Railyard product, we can quote this also.

We choose the most effective shipping method and send you notice of how we shipped your order on your shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Railyard Fitness Guarantee and Warranty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or performance of your purchase, our "1-year No Quibble return and exchange policy" is outlined below.

To Return/Exchange Merchandise: If you want to return an item for exchange or refund within 1-year of the purchase date, please contact us at 1-877-787-0222 or customersupport@railyardfitness.com.

Railyard Obstacle Course pieces must have a return authorization number. Please call us for that number prior to shipping.

1. Return/Exchange items must include the sales order/invoice, and the completed Return/Exchange Form. Download a copy here.

2. Please indicate on the form if this is a return or an exchange of the merchandise.

3. If this is an exchange, indicate the merchandise you want in exchange. Please provide your credit card number and expiration date for any additional charges.

4. Regular shipping charges will be waived on exchanges and any new items ordered on this exchange.

5. If this is a return, please indicate the reason that best describes your return.

6. Please enclose the sales order/invoice and the Return/Exchange Form in the package with your merchandise. Seal it for shipping. Tape the pre-addressed return label on the outside of the box.

7. If we made a mistake on your order or for defective merchandise, your return ground shipping charge will be reimbursed.

8. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.

9. Additional fees charged by packaging centers will not be reimbursed.

10. Return your parcel through a UPS or FedEx terminal (ground service) or by USPS (parcel post). For your protection, insure the package for its full value.

11. Refunds/exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise in good condition.

12. This Refund/Exchange policy does not apply to international orders. Please see our international policies.
